Welcome to Adabena. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Adabena website, mobile application, and services (the "Services"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Security

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use this Service.

Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

One Account: Users are permitted only one active account.

2. Prohibited Conduct and Content

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, Adabena maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy. You agree NOT to post, upload, or share content that:

• Explicit Content: Includes nudity, pornographic material, sexually explicit content, or non-consensual sexual imagery.
• Violence: Depicts, threatens, or promotes physical violence, animal cruelty, or illegal acts.
• Harassment: Constitutes bullying, stalking, or targeted harassment of other users.
• Hate Speech: Promotes discrimination or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
• Illegal Activities: Promotes the sale of illegal goods, services, or substances.

ENFORCEMENT: We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including, without limitation, permanent account suspension and banning without prior notice.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content (photos, text, profile info) you post.

License to Us: By posting content, you grant Adabena a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, and reproduce your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you share. You represent that you have all necessary rights to post such content.

4. Interaction with Other Users

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Adabena does not conduct criminal background checks on its users.

Safety: We encourage you to be cautious. Never share financial information (like bank details) with other users.

Release of Liability: You agree to release Adabena from any claims or liability related to the conduct of other users, whether online or offline.

5. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violating these Terms.
• Creating legal risk or exposure for the platform.
• Prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you shall immediately cease.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

"As-Is" Service: The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime or user compatibility.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adabena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice within the app or via email. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of The United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
